In 2015, Benediktinská hospodářská správa, s.r.o. was established and manages 845 ha of mostly forest land in the vicinity of the villages of Sázava and Divišov.
The property basis is land acquired in 1752 (purchase of the Třebešice and Lhotka manors) and in 1931 (exchange of the Suchdol estate for the Černé Budy estate).
